We're hiring: Part-145 Stores / Logistics Officer — ATS Maintenance ApS
ATS Maintenance is a growing EASA Part-145 MRO , supporting line operations for carriers including Ryanair Group, KLM, SAS Link and. We're expanding our stores function and looking for a detail-driven Stores Officer to keep our material control sharp.
What you'll do
- Receive and inspect incoming parts, verifying EASA Form 1 / airworthiness documentation and conformity
- Manage serviceable, unserviceable and quarantine segregation to Part-145 standards
- Control shelf-life, storage conditions (temperature, humidity, ESD) and stock rotation
- Maintain tool control and calibration tracking
- Handle goods movements, bookings and traceability in AMOS, keeping records audit-ready
- Support dangerous goods receipt/dispatch in line with IATA/ADR requirements
What you bring
- Experience in an aviation stores / Part-145 logistics environment (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AMOS (material management / logistics module)
- Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation and material traceability
- Strong organisation, accuracy and a quality-first mindset
- Fluent English
- Dangerous goods (CAT 8) certification a plus
