👥 Your Mission
Your mission is simple:
Find new ways to move more parcels across borders.
You'll define the strategy, identify growth opportunities, develop competitive products and services, and build the partnerships and organisation needed to deliver them.
You'll own the business—not just the operations.
🎯 What will you be responsible for?
You will lead the future development of the Cross-Border business and be fully accountable for its long-term success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the long-term vision and growth strategy for the Cross-Border business
- Developing innovative products and services that increase parcel volumes and strengthen market position
- Identifying new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights and data
- Designing scalable business models that drive sustainable growth
- Building strategic partnerships across Europe
- Defining commercial and pricing strategies
- Owning the Cross-Border P&L
- Leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Operations and Technology
- Building an engaged, high-performing team aligned behind a common vision
- Creating a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous improvement

Ideally you bring:
- Experience developing or scaling products, services or business lines
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Ability to identify market opportunities and transform them into commercial success
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and inspiring people around a common vision
- Strong commercial mindset combined with excellent business acumen
- Experience owning P&L or significant commercial responsibility
- Ability to make decisions based on data rather than assumptions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
- Excellent English
Experience in parcel logistics, transportation, e-commerce or supply chain is highly desirable, but we're equally interested in leaders who have successfully built and grown complex B2B services in comparable industries.
