Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse
- Use barcode scanning systems and RF scanners to accurately track inventory and fulfill orders in our warehouse management system
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to quality control standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory through proper stocking, replenishment, and organization within warehouse distribution areas
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all handling activities and follow safety procedures consistently
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by verifying shipments against documentation and processing inbound/outbound freight
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management systems, and materials handling equipment operation
- Experience operating printing equipment is highly preferred. Large format printers, laminators, multi-function printers, Slitter, Cutter, Creaser (SCC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, RF scanners, and safety protocol adherence is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations are essential
- Previous experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution environments will help you succeed in this role
