Summary
As an Owner/Operator Class A CDL Driver specializing in OTR Flatbed, Step Deck, and Heavy Haul transport, you will be responsible for safely delivering freight across various locations. This role requires strong driving skills, including proficiency in handling commercial vehicles and knowledge of flatbed and heavy haul operations. You will utilize your premium skills in manual transmission and refrigerated trailers, while your relevant experience with load and unload procedures will enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Operate and drive a Class A CDL tractor-trailer for long-haul transportation of flatbed, step deck, and heavy haul freight.
Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to maintain safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and cargo details.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $350,000.00 – $475,000.00 per week
