2. Main Responsibilities
Search, explore and develop connections with potential new overseas agents.
Expand relationships with existing overseas agents around the world.
International Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Achieve Sales targets and ready to travel (valid passport).
3. Job Description
Examine, expand, create connections, maintain and develop relationships with foreign customers and agents in associations & networks worldwide.
Support and advise on optimal solutions for agents, local & foreign customers. Sell the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services to customers…
Arrange and cooperate to solve problems arising when shipping goods with relevant departments, provide satisfactory and reasonable solutions for customers.
Support in checking costs/freights for export and import shipments for other departments upon request.
Discuss and negotiate payment terms with foreign agents before establishing the agency agreement.
Report on KPI results, preparing work plans/reports as required by the Management/Team Leader.
Handling the tasks related to the work according to the assignment of the Management/Team Leader.

4. Job Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, management, import-export, logistics, etc.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar sector/position.
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and problem-solving skills.Â
Proficient in using MS office software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Commitment to maintain information confidentially.
