Liberty Linehaul West is looking for an experienced Outbound OTR Dispatcher and future leader who knows how to put the pieces together.
You’ll take ownership of outbound planning for our 45-truck OTR fleet, balancing the things that matter most: customer commitments and driver satisfaction. We care about all four.
The Job…
-Plan and dispatch our outbound OTR fleet while meeting customer deadlines and keeping drivers productive and satisfied.
-Build smart, profitable plans utilizing Truckload, Specialized Truckload, LTL and PTL freight.
-Maximize revenue, equipment utilization and driver time.
-Communicate professionally with drivers, customers and our operations team.
-Understand and plan around Federal Hours-of-Service regulations.
–Work as part of a team while taking ownership of your desk and your decisions.
-Handle, thrive and have fun in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and attention to detail matters.
