Full Job Description
As an OTR Company Driver for Dry Van, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across long distances while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, your core skills in truck driving and commercial driving will be essential in ensuring timely deliveries. Your proficiency in operating dry van trailers, will enhance your effectiveness. With a focus on load, your relevant experience in freight handling will contribute to our commitment to excellence in logistics. Join our team and drive success on the open road!
HIRING PROCESS TAKES 3-5 DAYS!!!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR OVER THE ROAD POSITION:
– Driver must be 23 years of age or older
– Driver must be able to read, speak and write in English
– Driver must possess a CDL Class A License
– Driver must have 2 years recent CDL
– A Trucking Experience (as required)
– Driver must provide a complete 10-year employment history
1099 Position
NO FORCED DISPATCH
NO PASSANGER POLICY
NO FLEXIBLE LOGS
Company Driver (dry van) – 60cpm
Escrow policy – $2,500 ($250 will be deducted from your first 10 checks)
Travel expenses to Chicago provided!
Non-forced dispatch, experienced dedicated dispatcher

SAFETY AND INSPECTIONS:
Driver must have none of the following violations in the past 3 years:
– Reckless Driving / Careless Driving / Unsafe Operation: Lifetime Disqualifier
– Speeding 15mph or more over the posted limit
– More than 4 total moving violations
– More than 3 preventable accidents/incidents
