GMH Trans is seeking talented, dedicated, and driven OTR Company Drivers to join our ranks.
We are a dry van, and flatbed carrier, based in Vermont with a large volume of freight out of VT, MA and NH. We are currently hiring experienced company drivers.
Our pay package are based on percentage and company drivers get 25% of the load.
No Hazmat, NYC or Long Island!
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a delivery truck to transport goods to various locations
Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and report any issues or maintenance needs
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
Communicate with dispatch to receive instructions or updates on delivery routes
Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid CDL A license
Minimum of 2 years of driving experience required
Knowledge of DOT traffic laws and regulations and guide lines
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
