OTR Truck Driver – No Experience Required
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer training for qualified candidates. This role involves transporting freight across various routes while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Freight & Routes:
Operates across multiple regions, including Central, North Central, and Western states
Dedicated freight lanes with steady loads
Live load/unload, preloads, and drop-and-hook freight
Some cold weather routes during winter
Home Time:
Home time every two weeks
Requests for home time-honored for high performers
Equipment:
Modern, well-maintained trucks
Specialized equipment if required for certain loads
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport freight across designated routes
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driving logs
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid CDL-A license
No prior experience required – trainees welcome
Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
Must be at least 21 years old
