Extra Pay • Hazmat Loads: $150 split ($75 per driver) • Detention Pay: $12.50/hour split per driver (after the 2nd hour) • Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 • Utilization Bonus: Most experienced teams hit the top bonus level! That’s an extra 14 CPM split – every mile, every load.

Sign-On Bonuses: Must be an active OTR driver at the time of payout. $12K Bonus – If teaming up within 30 days or with less than 1 year experience • $500 after 1st load • $500 at 30 days • $1,000 per month for 5 months
$15K Bonus – If both drivers have 1+ year of verifiable experience • $250 after 1st load • $250 at 30 days • $1,000 at 60 days • $750 at 150 days • Paid every 90 days after 150 days until you hit $7,500 each ($15K total) at 2 years!
