About the Position
Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, and run a lot of miles across the United States. Drivers operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks equipped with features such as:
- 70 L / 96 W sleepers
- Large built‑in refrigerators
- Auxiliary power units
- Dual antennas
- Flat‑screen TV mount
- Satellite radios
Responsibilities include:
- Transport dry van and reefer loads with 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook schedules
- Operate 100% no‑touch freight
- Maintain regular equipment maintenance and comply with safety regulations
- Meet with operations team daily and participate in safety briefings
- Run a lot of miles across the U.S. primarily in the middle corridor

Requirements
- Minimum 23 years old
- One year of driving experience
- Willing to operate OTR routes
- No more than four serious driving incidents
