PAY & EARNINGS
Solo Drivers
– $0.70–$0.75 per mile, or
– 30% of gross revenue
– All miles paid
– Rate confirmations provided
– Consistent miles year-round
– Target earnings: $2,500–$3,500+ per week
Team Drivers
– $0.85–$0.90 per mile, or
– 35%–37% of gross revenue
– All miles paid
– Rate confirmations provided
– Strong earning potential with consistent freight
Payment Terms

SAFETY & LOYALTY BONUSES
– Clean DOT Level 1 inspection: $500
– Clean DOT Level 2 inspection: $300
– Clean DOT Level 3 inspection: $200
– Loyalty bonus after 6 months: $500
– Loyalty bonus after 1 year: $1,000
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 1 year CDL-A experience
– Must be able to stay out at least 3 weeks
– Must be able to run at least 3,500 miles per week
– No DUI or drug-related convictions
– No reckless or careless driving violations
– No texting or handheld-phone violations while driving
– No CDL suspension or revocation
– No excessive speeding violations of 15+ MPH
