OTR BOX TRUCK OPERATOR Jobs in Arkansas at L and C Freight Solutions LLC
We are currently hiring a reliable and experienced driver to operate a company-provided , BOX TRUCK, all over-the-road (OTR) deliveries.
Drivers will typically be on the road Monday through Saturday (and occasionally Sundays), with overnight stays required during trips. .
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay: $750–$1000 (MAX POTENTIAL WEEKLY PAYOUT IF WEEKLY REVENUE GOAL IS MET)
- Performance bonuses available after 6 months
- Company-provided BOX TRUCK
- Lodging reimbursement up to $75 per night TWICE A WEEK

Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Maintain communication with dispatch
- Use a smartphone for load information, updates, and navigation
- Assist with light loading and unloading when required
- Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 5 years of solid delivery and/or over-the-road driving experience WITH BOX TRUCK
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to travel out of state and remain on the road
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must live in Arkansas or be willing to relocate
- MUST BE WILLING TO BE OVER THE ROAD FOR 4-5 WEEKS AT A TIME.
