Order Processing Clerk Jobs in Sunnyvale, CA at UNIXSurplus, Inc.
Unixsurplus Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Order Processing Clerk . Candidate must be looking for a full time position, a long term commitment, and possess a willingness to learn about our company and our products. UNIXSurplus, Inc. is a discount reseller of new and refurbished servers.
This is a carry up position. We promote internally to inventory management, shipping management, and computer technician positions. Promotions available after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and pull products for orders; handle recycling and trash related to order processing.
Freight Coordination: Arrange and manage all inbound and outbound freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.
Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer service to incoming phone inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions professionally.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using Linnworks and other company software systems.
Vendor Coordination: Support vendor relations by managing order placements, tracking deliveries, and handling discrepancies.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the building and work areas are kept neat, clean, and safe at all times.
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting and moving items weighing over 70 lbs.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Computer Literate: Experience MS Office products or equivalent.
High School Diploma
Valid Driver’s License
Must have the ability to legally work in the US
Must be able to travel
Work Hours:
40hrs / week
Monday – Friday
Occasional Overtime and Saturdays
8:30AM-5PM
