Company Drivers Can Make Over .70 CPM
With 3-axle trucks, Company Drivers who run at least 2,000 miles per week are paid either .70 CPM OR 30% on the loads they deliver – whichever is greater for that week.

Minimum Requirements for All Drivers:
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must possess a Class A CDL
At least 1 year OTR, 6 months open deck experience
Tractors must be ELD Compliant
Additional Requirements for Company Drivers:
No More than 3 Recordable/Preventable Accidents
No Alcohol Convictions in the last 10 years
No Drug Convictions/ Issues in the last 5 years
