Job Description:
To ensure all export/import documents are being processed completely, accurately and timely following the right system and procedure in order to achieve service excellence.
Responsibilities:
To process export/import documents following the applied system and procedure
To identify problems in customer’s export/import processes and provide necessary solutions
To prepare export/import reports
To maintain good professional relationship with customers, shipping company or co-loader
To lead OPS Staffs
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Possess min 2 years experiences as team leader / coordinator / senior staff in freight forwarding and/or logistics business
Min Diploma Degree
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Meticulous and good with details
Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
Good command of written and oral English, Mandarin will be an advantage
