Job Summary:

In this role, you will serve as a key support partner across the credit union, assisting internal teams, branches, and their parties with a wide range of operational Functions. From processing legal orders like levies and garnishments to managing debit card support, monitoring account activity, and ensuring compliance with IRA and HAS regulations, you’ll help ensure out systems run smoothly, and member receive timely, accurate service. You’ll contribute to enterprise- wide initiatives, and act as a go to resource for escalated operation issues.

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 an hour Depending on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal teams, branches, and third parties with day-to-day operational needs

Monitor and resolve negative balance and dormant accounts, ensuring proper notifications are sent to members

Process legal orders including levies and garnishments with accuracy and confidentiality

Provide support for IRAs and HSAs, including tax reporting, account maintenance, and escalations

Assist with ACH processing, including EFT returns, NSF exceptions, and balancing

Handle debit card support, including card maintenance, dispute resolution, and transaction monitoring

Review and process new credit card applications and prepaid card activity

Assist with share draft returns, adjustments, and disputes

Manage Zelle transfers, online banking issues, and bill pay inquiries

Process death claims, loan life insurance claims, and provide member correspondence as needed

Ensure accurate processing of term share accounts, including maturity tracking and proper fee application

Provide support during system enhancements and credit union-wide initiatives

Serve as a point of contact for regulatory or operational issues and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Minimum of six months of similar or related experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of IRA/HSA regulations, ACH processing, and general banking compliance is a plus.
