About the Role  As an Operations Supervisor , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily flight operations. From supervising staff to coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be at the heart of delivering efficient and high-quality services. This role offers

, and making a tangible impact on global operations. Lead and Support Teams: Â Train, motivate, and guide staff to achieve operational objectives, providing ongoing support and feedback.
Ensure seamless
communication
during shift handovers and briefings. Â Coordinate Operations: Â Liaise with airline representatives to confirm catering requirements, passenger figures, and additional services. Monitor
resource allocation
and escalate significant variances to management. Â Ensure Quality and Compliance: Â Conduct spot checks to ensure food and equipment meet airline standards and schedules. Implement and monitor safe working practices in line with EKFC policies and industry regulations.
Drive Efficiency: Â Prepare and verify catering order forms and ensure accurate documentation. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service delivery. Â Foster Excellence: Â Maintain records, prepare detailed reports, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams

.  What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent qualification (required). Certifications in Six Sigma, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in flight operations, food packing, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (preferred).

Strong
