Job Duties
Responsible for handling sea import operations process and preparing documentation
Prepares full set of shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin
Declaring and applying for custom permits and other related documents responsibilities
Liaising with freight co-loaders, shipping lines, and transporters
Ensuring that all jobs are executed efficiently and accurately in a timely manner, complying with customer requirements
Managing email correspondence with customers and overseas agents
Generating reports as and when required
Performing basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow-up
Requirement
Minimum 1 years of working experience in handling shipping documentation and freight operations knowledge
