Job Description

Flavor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our product sampling and activation campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, team leadership, and client servicing within the sampling, promotions, or field marketing industry.
You will work closely with the team as well as external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of live campaigns across markets, managing everything from resource and logistics to performance tracking and execution.
The candidate for this role must be exceptionally driven and strive for success.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or project management in the sampling, events, marketing industry, or similar.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with warehousing, shipping, and inventory systems.
Hands-on experience managing field teams or on-the-ground activations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings during campaign periods.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Oversee day-to-day operational execution of sampling campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of sample materials.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand campaign objectives and provide operational input during planning stages.
Lead and support field teams (brand ambassadors, sampling staff) during activations; assist in training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Monitor budgets and operational KPIs to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time during campaign execution.
Support senior operations leadership in building and refining internal processes and operational frameworks.
Collaborate with creative, production, and digital teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
Prepare post-campaign reports, including logistics summaries, performance metrics, and key learnings.
OTHER
Experience working with FMCG brands or agencies specialising in consumer sampling or experiential marketing.
Familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics platforms for campaign reporting.
