Operations Manager – E-Commerce Execution, Process Improvement & Cross-Team Leadership

Central Florida | Full-Time | $100K–$125K

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Operations Manager to help lead and scale our e-commerce business. This is not a warehouse or logistics-only role — this is about overseeing and improving the entire back-end engine of our online business: systems, people, processes, and results.

You’ll work across departments like IT, testing, shipping, returns, customer service, and inventory — making sure they’re aligned, efficient, and moving fast in the right direction. We already have leads for shipping and technical teams — your job is to guide, optimize, and connect it all.

This is not a warehouse manager or logistics-only position. This is an operations leadership role at the heart of a fast-moving e-commerce business — focused on improving systems, aligning teams, and driving process excellence across fulfillment, testing, returns, IT, and sales platforms like Amazon.

If your background is mostly managing warehouses for manufacturers or freight companies, this likely isn’t the right fit. What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Process Improvement & Coordination – Identify gaps and implement systems across teams that improve speed, reduce errors, and scale cleanly.

E-Commerce Ops Oversight – Work closely with teams tied to Amazon, our website, and other platforms to ensure smooth customer experiences and backend fulfillment.

Systems & Software Ownership – Own access control, reporting, cross-platform workflows, and integrations. You must be comfortable learning and managing tools like Finale Inventory, Google Sheets, and e-commerce portals.

Shipping/Receiving Oversight (Not Management) – You won’t be managing the warehouse directly, but you’ll ensure the shipping team is supported, aligned, and resourced appropriately.

Returns, Testing & IT Support Oversight – Ensure returns are reviewed for patterns, testing queues are prioritized by urgency and impact, and IT issues are handled without slowing down business.

Must-Haves

Strong e-commerce operations experience — preferably with Amazon or similar marketplace platforms.

Tech fluency — you’re comfortable working with dashboards, permissions, spreadsheets, software tools, and workflows.

Clear communicator & team builder — able to run efficient meetings, listen to team leads, and create alignment without micromanaging.

Systems thinker — you enjoy creating order out of chaos and scaling what works.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience managing processes involving returns, testing, or product prep

Familiarity with Finale Inventory, Amazon Seller Central, or similar tools

The ability to create and track KPIs for operational departments

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
