We’re partnering with a well-established international freight forwarder looking for a confident and capable Operations Manager to take the reins of their Transport and Import/Export operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and restructure transport and import operations, shifting the team from reactive to proactive performance
Establish meaningful KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent service excellence
Implement system-driven efficiencies using CW1 working cross-functionally across departments
Resolve operational issues swiftly while balancing the needs of customers, staff, and the wider business
Review SOPs, staffing levels, warehouse processes, and implement improvements across the board
What You’ll Bring:
Strong experience in transport and import sea operations
Proven success in managing and developing offshore teams
High-level proficiency with CW1
A dependable, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead from the front
Must be available to work full-time from the office in Tullamarine
