Oversee a team of operations staff to follow up customers’ orders efficiently and accurately
– Provides sales support including
problem solving
and quotations to customers
– Liaise and sourcing for rates and cargo space with different carriers
– Communicates with overseas offices, carriers and vendors to support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments
– Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipments
– Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
– Oversee team to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing
– Others Ad-hoc duties when assigned
** Requirements**:
– Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
– Minimum 5 years experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry
– Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight will be added advantage
– Pleasant personality with

– High degree of initiative
– Possess excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills
– Able to multi-task, work independently and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced environment
