Are you a results-driven logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Road, Sea, and Air Freight operations.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized individual with a strong background in freight forwarding and transportation management, capable of ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while driving efficiency and service quality.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of Road, Sea, and Air Freight operations and international transport procedures.
Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, coordinate with carriers, agents, and customers, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Good command of English (written and spoken). Another language is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily Road, Sea, and Air Freight operations.
Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of shipments.
Coordinate with international partners, carriers, and customers.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
