Airlift Vietnam is growing! We’re looking for detail-oriented Operations Executives to join our logistics team supporting shipments from Vietnam to the USA. This is a great opportunity to work with a US-based NVOCC and gain hands-on experience in real-time global logistics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate booking, shipping instructions, and documentation (HBL/MBL, invoices, release orders)
Communicate with shipping lines, agents, truckers, and customers
Manage and track shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Update internal systems and maintain operational records
Work closely with our New Jersey office (via email/chat)
✅ Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations
Solid knowledge of LCL/FCL export process
Proficient in English (written & reading) for international communication
Organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask independently
Experience with systems like CargoWise, INTTRA is a plus
Familiarity with Panjiva or other trade data tools is a strong advantage
