Worldwide Logistics is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator. As a Logistics Coordinator you will work with internal sales/pricing staff, our curated list of vendors and offices across the globe in order to make each international shipment a success.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all modes of freight shipments from booking to delivery
Prepare and process all necessary documentation, including Bill of Ladings, and shipping instructions.
Track shipments and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Managing Sea-Air movements to optimize transit times and cost efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between ocean and air freight operations
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to freight shipments.
Maintain accurate records and databases of shipments, costs, and other relevant information.
Assist in optimizing operational processes and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

What you will need to qualify for this role:
Bachelor’s degree.
Freshers can also apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
