💼 Role: Operations Executive
SALARY: SGD $4,500 to $5,500 Monthly
Responsibilities
- Assign and distribute job orders to Cargo Officers in a timely and organised manner
- Coordinate closely with agents to manage bunker supplies and terminal loading schedules
- Develop and oversee daily job schedules to ensure smooth fleet operations
- Keep ship agencies regularly updated and maintain consistent communication for timely information exchange
- Organise and maintain filing systems, records, and databases to support operational accuracy
- Track vessel schedules and flag any deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are met across the fleet
- Prepare and update operational reports for management review
- Monitor compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols
- Support ad hoc projects, activities, and administrative duties as required by the operations team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in shipping, fleet operations, or a similar logistics environment
- Familiarity with vessel scheduling, bunker management, and terminal loading processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage records and databases accurately
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment
