** Job Description
– Obtain and review port agencies’ quotation from required port agents
– Monitor and liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
– Arrange pilot for Singapore inward, berthing, unberthing and outward passage
– Monitor and report vessels’ status and movement on a daily basis
– Prepare and instruct vessels for loading and discharging operations
– Submission of laytime calculation and verification of invoices
– Handling of Administrative matters for the team
** Requirements
– Proficient in MS Office
– Minimum 2 years’ experience of operations / post fixtures experience with shipowners, charterers or ship brokers.
– Diploma / N, O and A levels
