Job Description
- Ongoing communication with department customers
- Handle shipments, quotations, collections, tracking, billing, and file closing
- Work with global agents, customers, airlines, shipping lines, and suppliers
- Operate under pressure and support customers beyond standard hours
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding, especially third-party shipments (drops) – must
- High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – must
- Strong service orientation, ability to work under pressure, willingness to learn
- Availability for full-time + overtime
Position: Sun-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fridays once a month 08:00-12:00
