About The Role
Team Global Express is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Operations Coordinator/On-Site Representative (OSR) to join our team in Berrinba, Logan, QLD.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with early starts from 4:00am, making it ideal for someone who enjoys getting their day underway early and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
As the key link between our customer, delivery partners, and internal operations teams, you will be responsible for coordinating daily fleet activities, ensuring deliveries are allocated effectively, maintaining service standards, and supporting strong customer relationships.
Working on-site, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of drivers, manage operational issues as they arise, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company procedures. You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities for operational improvements, driving efficiencies, and supporting the achievement of service and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating daily delivery allocations and fleet capacity to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Managing driver attendance, performance, and compliance, escalating concerns where required.
- Building strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and responding to operational enquiries in a timely manner.
- Delivering toolbox talks and facilitating driver training and development activities.
- Monitoring delivery completion, scanning compliance, POD retrieval, and operational performance.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, Chain of Responsibility, customer requirements, and company policies and procedures.
- Providing regular operational reporting and feedback to management.

- Experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination, customer service, or a similar operational role.
- Strong fleet management and capacity planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing or coordinating driver performance, attendance, and compliance.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and compliance obligations.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
