Role Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and suppliers on daily operations
- Manage end-to-end customer orders, including documentation and transport bookings in line with service requirements
- Monitor transport execution to ensure compliance with established SOPs and service standards
- Handle customer requests, incidents, and supply chain disruptions in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment tracking milestones
- Investigate and resolve missing events and data inconsistencies
- Support reporting processes, KPI tracking, and performance reviews
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process enhancements
