ABOUT
Owen’s is seeking an Operations Associate to help run day-to-day supply chain operations. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Operations Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute day-to-day supply chain logistics:
Own order entry and fulfillment tracking for wholesale and distributor channels
Support warehouse communications and inventory adjustments
Communicate with freight carriers and monitor delivery statuses
Maintain spreadsheets and KPI dashboards for tracking logistics and supply
Respond to internal and external inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Invoices orders accurately and efficiently according to their delivery notes
Contribute to process documentation and improvements
QUALIFICATION
3-5 years of operations, logistics, or administrative experience
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Experience with inventory management
Experience with Walmart.com, Walmart order processing is a plus
Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, and/or 3PLs is required
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience in a CPG or Beverage Company is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
