- Prepare and manage local pricing and quotes for customer requests
- Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders for rates and service details
- Maintain accurate rate records and documentation
- Monitor shipments and flag delays or risks proactively
- Communicate requirements and changes with customers and teams
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in supply chain or logistics
- Robust organizational and written communication skills
High attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborative in an in-office team environment
- Familiar with Cargo Wise preferred
