Responsible to handle operations and documentations for ocean freight import / export, permit declaration and transportation.
Liaise closely with carriers / freight forwarders / vendors.
Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying to the requirements of the customers.
Attend to email correspondence with customers & overseas agents.
Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors’ invoices.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Familiar with permit declaration
Specialized in Freight Forwarding or the equivalent
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Positive working attitude
