Responsibilities
To perform administrative and operational duties such as import and export documentation, preparing sales invoices and purchase orders and delivery orders, etc.
To handle customers’ orders for Air, Ocean, customs clearance, and Transportation for local delivery and Shipping freight forwarders (for Import & Export)
To Coordinated and executed projects as instructed
To respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
To handle order processing of new incoming orders and monitor order status
Requirements
NITEC/Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or any related field.
Preferred candidate with freight forwarding experiences.
Training will be provided
