Operation Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English) Jobs in Fremont, CA at Terra Garden

Produce Company is looking for a full-time, experienced Operations Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with farm and warehouse operations and shipping department
Handle shipment scheduling, planning, system update and shipment tracking
Organizing and overseeing freight shipments from beginning till end
Coordinating with suppliers and customer in shipment, domestic trucking companies and warehouses to ensure safe and timely delivery to clients
Update customers on shipment schedule/status as needed
Filing and data entry along with other paperwork duties
Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure timely shipping
Handle customer service issues as needed, such as researching and resolving shipment discrepancies, damages, or product quality issues etc.

Qualification:

Knowledge of operations and logistics: 2 year (Preferred)
Freight forwarding and/or supply chain management experience is a plus
Superb organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn.
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Computer Literacy
Ability to multi-task
Bilingual is highly preferred (Spanish & English)
