Job Purpose:
The Officer – Events and Protocol will be responsible for coordination, and execution of events and special projects, ensuring adherence to formal protocols and budget accountability. This role involves liaising with government officials, VIPs, and stakeholders to create seamless and impactful experiences that foster partnerships and enhance the organization’s reputation.

Job Accountabilities:
Support in the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, board meetings and protocol-driven engagements.
Assist in managing all on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and professional representation of the brand.
Ensure all events and engagements as per the established protocol standards, including official greetings, seating arrangements, greetings, and ceremonial procedures.
Coordinate and manage VIP visits, ensuring all logistical and protocol requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
Liaise with government entities, and strategic partners to their needs are met during Saudia Cargo events.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to fulfill all event-related logistics and branding requirements.
Oversee the delivery of materials, staging, accommodations, and transport arrangements for VIPs and special guests.
Identify and manage risks associated with hosting high-profile events; ensure alignment with internal security protocols and national guidelines.
Assis in evaluating the effectiveness of protocol adherence and gather feedback from participants, especially regarding formal interactions.
Maintain documentation and post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Event Management, Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in the same or similar field.
