Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office environment, based in Burnley on a day-to-day basis and managing a wide range of administrative and office support activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and have excellent interpersonal skills to handle office duties and improve team cohesiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assorted administration duties as required

Liaise with team members and management

Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

Plan and coordinate occasional team events such as lunches, breakfasts, fundraisers, or other activities to build a positive and inclusive team environment.

Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities

Serve as the main point of contact for office related inquiries

Liaise with the freight team to coordinate timely vehicle pickups and deliveries

Manage the monthly office budget and upload all relevant invoices into the accounting system

Qualifications

Excellentverbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities with efficiency

Approachable, collaborative, and confident in supporting a dynamic sales team

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Passionate about contributing to a supportive team culture
