This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for an Office Engineer for our Westchester field office. Be involved in projects with our PMCM Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
Your Impact
Review and coordinate all job correspondence.
Review and check inspector’s daily work reports for correctness and accuracy.
Create and maintain submittal logs including all shop drawings.
Schedule meetings and prepare all meeting minutes for distribution.
Create and maintain all job records according to MURK utilizing NYSDOT’s Site Manager.
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
11 years of relevant experience.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Eagerness to learn.
Team oriented.
Ambitious.
Proven track recordof upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous NYSDOT experience
College Degree
NICET IV Certification
Compensation and
Benefits:
WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, andretirement savingsfocused on providing health andfinancial stabilitythroughout the employee’s career.
Expected Salary: $78,200 – $136,730
