Job Description :
Managing the shipment and service execution as per timeline and SLA
Close coordination with customers, carriers, overseas counter agents and other internal stakeholder to ensure smooth job execution
Ensure accurate and timely data entry on shipments details in the system
Ensure accurate and timely documentation submission and issuance related to the shipments
maintained a well organized shipments files and records
Coordinate with finance/billing/procurement/supplier server related to any payment and rate related aspect of a shipment
Requirement :
Minimum 3 Years experience in Freight Forwarding company preferable multicultural MNC environment
Good Knowledge of excel and good analyzing skills
Ability to lead self while influence others and collaborative mindset
Adapt in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
