Responsibilities
Process import transactions, including booking, billing, and obtaining necessary releases.
Verify shipments and ensure documentation matches.
Create shipment quotes, estimate prices, and select transportation providers.
Communicate shipping regulations and any changes to clients.
Resolve client concerns and monitor team performance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
Freight forwarding experience.
Familiarity with CargoWise One.
