Handle shipments: FCL & LCL from A to Z.
Provide quotes for ocean freight services.
Arrange bookings with ocean carriers and negotiate freight rates.
Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including U.S. Customs, FMC, and other applicable authorities.
Communicate with customs brokers to facilitate timely clearance and delivery of cargo.
Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and resolving any delays or issues.
Maintain accurate records and files for all shipments and transactions.
Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to any shipping-related issues.
Assist in managing relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
Have a proactive approach to handling shipments and problem resolution.
