We are looking for a highly motivated ‘LCL Manager’ who is success-driven, customer-oriented and always seeks new opportunities and solutions for moving forward and has responsibility for Ocean Freight Department
Your Tasks:
Manage and direct overall LCL Export operation functions daily
Direct and implement new service programs and maintain existing service programs
Identify and improve service-related issues in station, including on-time loading, accurate and timely data entry
Ensure the SOP and KPI are strictly complied with and all operations are smoothly handled in cost effective manner.
Ensure LCL operations team is processing all house level functions within cut offs and meeting country requirements
Responsible for statistical data on utilization, growth and profitability of all LCL services for the country
Identify, mentor, and develop employees in the country to manage work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Generally, prefer 2-4 years of related management experience, 6 years in operations or sales.
