- Coordinate and monitor end-to-end ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle documentation and customs clearance processes for international shipments.

- Optimise freight costs and negotiate rates with service providers.
- Track shipment progress and address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to stakeholders as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Hybrid working, one day from home.Working 32 hours is possible.
- Located in the Randstad, the Netherlands.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and logistics procedures.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant logistics software and tools.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

- Direct company contract
- Salary of max. 3.500 euros gross per month
