We are currently looking for a professional in the logistics industry to join our team in Prague, as a
OCEAN FREIGHT FORWARDER
As Ocean Freight Forwarder you will be responsible for: 
- Leading and overseeing ocean freight operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability 
- Developing comprehensive customer service strategies, offering optimal pricing and operational solutions 
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with shipping companies, customs agencies, shipowners, and loading offices 
- Supervising the smooth execution of sea forwarding operations and ensuring compliance with regulations 
- Overseeing the preparation of relevant documentation and ensuring data accuracy in the systems 
- Continuously monitoring transportation costs and optimizing profitability of the sea product 
- Managing and resolving complaints effectively 
- Directly cooperating with the company’s branches in Poland and abroad to drive business success

- Experience in ocean freight forwarding 
- Very good knowledge of forwarding issues 
- Knowledge of the transportation market 
- Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a dynamic environment 
- Very good knowledge of English and Czech, both spoken and written 
- Good organization of work 
- Social and communication skills
