We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail
Position: Ocean Freight Export Team Leader, Trade Lane
Location:
Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities: –
- Manages and drives the performance of a team of OFR Export.
- Processes handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
- Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
- Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
- Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.
- Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.
Qualification: –
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of OFR Forwarding Business.
- Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Leadership skills.
- Can – Do attitude.
