We’re Hiring – Ocean Export Coordinator

Tristar Cargo is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate ocean export shipments from booking until vessel departure.
* Arrange bookings with shipping lines and monitor sailing schedules.
* Prepare and review export documentation, including:
* Bill of Lading (B/L)
* Shipping Instructions
* Commercial Invoice
* Packing List
* Certificate of Origin (when required)
* Communicate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, trucking companies, and customs brokers.
* Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
* Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and submitted on time.
* Resolve operational and documentation issues.
* Maintain accurate shipment records in the company’s operating system.
* Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoicing and shipment costs.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 1–3 years of experience in Ocean Export or Freight Forwarding.
* Good knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation.
* Familiarity with Incoterms.
* Good command of English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Only candidates residing in Cairo will be considered.
Working Hours:
Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly Days Off:
Friday & Saturday
