Ocean /Air Freight Rating Auditor– Job Description

Job Summary
The Rating Expert will be responsible for the audit of Ocean and Air of customers on a monthly basis.
Skills & Attributes
Must be proficient in rating software
Must have understanding of billing trends on Ocean and Air bills
Must be proficient in freight, fuel and accessorial bill charges
Leader
Utilizes strong organizational skills
Solution oriented approach in dealing with conflicts
Experienced in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Responds to all emails in a timely and professional manner
Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in an effective and timely manner
Ability to multi-task and be flexible
High oral and written communication skills and employs effective listening skills
Ability to represent and market Global Post Auditing Solutions in a professional manner
Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities

Highly detailed
Education/Experience
Must have at least one year prior experience in the Rate Auditing Industry
Must be proficient in rating software
Highly Experienced in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
