As a Shipping & Logistics Supervisor, you will develop and lead a dedicated team managing shipping, receiving, and material flow. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach teams in shipping and receiving operations
• Drive daily execution to maintain shipping schedules

• Manage yard operations, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• 3-5 years of logistics experience, including imports/exports
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and shipping workflows
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive accountability
• Knowledge of safe material-handling practices
