No Experienced Regional CDL-A Drivers
Location: South Bend, IN
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Gary, IN. Already have your CDL? You’ll run consistent regional lanes across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, and Illinois with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Freight includes live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Average weekly pay: $1,323 – $1,743
- Annual pay:$68,796 – $90,636/year.
- Weekly mileage: 1,600
- Stop pay: $15 per stop (except first and last)
- Swift Driver Performance Bonus
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- Home time: Weekends
- Regional lanes across OH, IN, MI, KY, and IL
- Both day and night shifts
- Weekend work available (voluntary)
- Full-time, dedicated regional account

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Handle live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook freight
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and state regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate proactively with dispatch
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clear drug & alcohol clearinghouse
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
